Executive summary

The Review in brief

The short version, for whoever signs off.

  • 01 · What it covers

One AI system, up to three integration points: architecture, evaluation, security, reliability, and operating economics.

  • 02 · What it costs

    $999, fixed fee, one week.

  • 03 · What we need

Read-only access, an hour with your delivery lead, and an hour with a product owner.

  • 04 · What you keep

A written report with the verdict, the findings behind it, and a recommended next step.

How it runs

One week, read-only.

  1. Day 1

    Scope and access

We agree the system and up to three integration points, and you grant read-only access: repositories, CI history, tracker export, and incident log.

  2. Days 2–4

    Read and interview

Engineers read the code, the evaluation, and the pipeline, and spend an hour with your delivery lead and an hour with a product owner.

  3. Day 5

    The verdict

A written report, yours to keep: the verdict, the findings with their evidence, and a recommended next step. We walk you through it.

Nothing in your systems changes during the Review.

What it assesses

Five things a prototype can skip.

When the problem isn't the code.

If what holds the system back is something engineering can't move, such as an approval queue or a decision nobody owns, the report says so and recommends what would move it, instead of a Sprint.

The price

One week, one fixed fee.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Production Readiness Review cost?

$999, a fixed fee, for one system and up to three integration points. It takes one week.

What do you need from us?

Read-only access to the system's repositories, CI history, tracker export, and incident log, plus an hour with your delivery lead and an hour with a product owner.

What do we get at the end?

A written report that is yours to keep: a verdict on whether the system is ready for production, the findings behind it, and a recommended next step.

Do you change anything in our systems?

No. The Review is read-only from start to finish.

What happens after the Review?

If engineering can close the gaps, the usual next step is a Velocity Sprint, which takes one feature to production. If it can't, the report says what would. Nothing obliges you to continue.
