1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website olensys.com, including its content and any functionality offered through it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Olensys Private Limited (“Olensys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, engaged in the provision of software engineering and technology consulting services. Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement, a professional relationship, or any obligation on Olensys other than as described in the Privacy Policy.
