1. Who we are

Olensys Private Limited (“Olensys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, is the data controller for personal data collected through olensys.com: we determine the purposes and means of its processing and are responsible for safeguarding it. Correspondence concerning this policy may be addressed to hello@olensys.com.

2. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information through this site.

Contact form. When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, work email, company, role, team size, and whatever you write in your message. It’s submitted voluntarily and used solely to respond to your enquiry — no newsletter, no CRM sequence, no marketing lists, exactly as the form itself says.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, and neither loads — nor sets any cookie — unless you accept our consent banner. It measures anonymous usage: pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. If you decline, no analytics or tag-manager cookies are set.

Site preferences. We also set two small, first-party functional cookies of our own — olensys-theme, which remembers whether you’re viewing the paper or ink display, and olensys-consent, which remembers your analytics choice. Both are set only when you take the relevant action, and neither is used for tracking.

3. How it’s processed

We work with a small number of providers to run this site. Vercel hosts it, Resend delivers contact-form emails, and Google provides tag management and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions, under their own terms. Contact submissions land directly in our mailbox at hello@olensys.com and aren’t stored in any other system.

4. Retention

We keep contact-form emails for as long as we need them to handle the conversation, and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ own configured retention period.

5. Your choices and rights

You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time — clear your cookies and you’ll be asked again. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@olensys.com. We don’t sell personal data. Ever.

6. Transfers

Vercel, Resend, and Google may process data outside India as part of running their services. We rely on the standard contractual and security safeguards each of them provides for cross-border data transfers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the tools we use change. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page — check back here if you want the current version.
